They are celebrating their 23th Anniversary this year. Surprisingly, my Dad lunar Birthday falls on the same date. And since it still in the mood of Chinese New Year, my Mom invited all and uncles and aunties to our home for a small celebration. Such a waste, I forgot to take picture of the food my Mom had prepare. We have popiah- The most traditional type, my Mom learn it from my grandma. You will never found it anywhere. that's one of her signature dish that everyone missed eating. Her next signature dish is fry chicken wing. Don't think its the normal chicken wing you bought outside. Its the most fragrant, juicy and wonderful chicken wing you ever try. We also have steamboat- Not those normal steamboat ingredient. Steamboat were only the side dish because we are already ful eating the popiah.
